Our beloved Greek rescue dog, Mabel, has been diagnosed with T-cell lymphoma.
At only seven years old, Mabel is still full of life and boundless love. She’s a rescue dog who has brought immense joy to our lives. Whether she’s cuddling up on laps, thinking she’s much smaller than she is, or simply radiating her gentle, loving nature, Mabel has touched our hearts in ways we can’t begin to describe.
Mabel is undergoing chemotherapy to fight her cancer. Thankfully, she’s been responding well and hasn’t suffered from the unpleasant side effects humans sadly often experience. Her treatment requires six rounds of chemotherapy in total, each costing over £700. While her insurance covered all diagnostic tests and the first two rounds, it has now run out which means the cost of her continuing treatment is difficult to manage.
We want to give Mabel the chance to enjoy as much of her life as possible. She has so much love to give and so much life left in her. That’s why we’re reaching out to our family and friends for help.
If you’re able to donate—no matter how small—we would be incredibly grateful. We understand that times are hard for everyone, so please don’t feel any pressure. Your support, even in sharing this with others who might be able to help, means the world to us. If you prefer, you can also donate anonymously.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping us give Mabel the gift of more time. She deserves every moment we can give her.
With love and gratitude,
Mabel’s human family
