Help us create a new sensory centre!

Aim

We want to create a multi room sensory centre for people with learning disabilities and additional needs.

Who are we?

• SoSensory is made up by 3 people (Mia, Amy and Georgina Ferrar) We all feel extremely passionate about creating a new safe space for those with LD and additional needs.
• We have all worked within the social care industry for a number of years now and have been extremely let down by the number of facilities for those who really need it.

What do we want to do?

• We wish to create a multi room sensory experience, providing a customer lead approach to ensure all those accessing the sensory centre can choose the experience they want depending on their sensory needs.
  
  

Peterborough has been let down in the last few years when it comes to accessible areas for those with learning disabilities and additional needs.

To do this we need our community’s help!

We are looking at raising money for equipment to go into our sensory rooms.

At this time we are currently looking at premesis and believe within the next few weeks we should have secured one!
