Emergency Medical Evacuation Bus for Ukraine

Aim

Our community is raising funds to buy an Emergency Medical Evacuation bus for Ukraine.

Who We Are:

We are a community-based volunteer group with direct links to organisations, volunteer groups, charities, and individuals in Ukraine. We have supported orphanages, hospitals, animal welfare groups, and refugees affected by Russia's illegal war in Ukraine. 

What we do - We are volunteers who deliver humanitarian aid to Ukraine.

We have been supporting humanitarian causes in Ukraine since the full-scale invasion began in February 2022. Between us, we have made over 25 trips to deliver essential aid and donated vehicles, ranging from ambulances to 4x4s and refrigerated vans.

We are supporting a medical evacuation unit that also handles humanitarian evacuations of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs). This unit is composed of a multinational group of volunteers who receive no official funding for their equipment or operations; they rely entirely on fundraising, donations, and even their own personal savings.

Mark and his Ukrainian wife, Niyole, have direct links to charitable organisations and independent humanitarian groups within Ukraine. Together, we have supported an orphanage in Lviv and animal welfare volunteers in Kyiv. We have also donated our own vehicles, along with others, for rescue and aid purposes.

The purpose of this fundraiser is to buy an Emergency Medical Evacuation Bus for Ukraine. We will then drive the minibus for a 1,600-mile journey to Kyiv in June 2026. These vehicles must be made safe and roadworthy before embarking on the long trip. Both will be fully laden with humanitarian aid upon departure. We are self-funded and volunteer at our own risk and expense. Please help us help Ukraine. The money you donate will be used to provide humanitarian aid.
