🌟 Help Train Homeless Veterans for Work
On 5th December 2025, The Vanquish Foundation launched its first beneficiary training programme; a 6-day SIA Door Supervisor course aimed at helping individuals rebuild their lives through employment in the security sector. Fully funded by the charity founder.
According to The Vanquish Foundation’s governing documents, our purpose is the relief of financial hardship among homeless ex-service men and women by giving them access to training they “could not otherwise afford through lack of means”, and by supporting them toward paid work once qualified
Our website statement also confirms that we provide “everything required to help homeless veterans gain qualifications and licences so they can seek employment”
💙 Why This Matters
Many of our beneficiaries come from backgrounds marked by instability, trauma, and hardship. The security industry offers one of the clearest and most accessible pathways back to stable, paid employment—but only if individuals can afford the training and SIA licence.
Your support helps us:
Provide accredited qualifications through Vanquish® Training Academy
Fund SIA licence applications
Supply clothing, learning materials, food and support during training (as stated in our charity objectives)
Offer CV writing help and links to employers willing to consider our beneficiaries
You’re not just giving money; you’re giving someone the tools for independence.
🎯 What We’re Funding
Your donation will directly cover:
Training course fees
Exam & registration costs
The £184 SIA licence application fee
Travel support
Meals & learning materials
Post-training employment support
Every £1 goes toward transforming a life.
