To support the local business community, providing a central location where people can buy the best artisan products made across the Island
Hi Everyone!
My name’s Vicki, I have lived on the wonderful Isle of Wight for most of my life and I couldn’t imagine a better place to be.
During this difficult time I have b
een blown away by how our community has come together, supporting each other and supporting local small businesses. Whilst this time has been horrific it has also shown us how great we can be when we work together. We have so many amazing artisans and crafters across this Island, many of which are sold far and wide across the country. The quality that can be found here is phenomenal.

But I realised that for us who live here, or travel here, to purchase these products we need to travel to various, and in most cases, rural locations to get them. Now this isn’t necessarily a problem if you have access to a car but what of those who don’t? And do you really want to travel to multiple places in one day just to pick up your favourite treats? What if there was a little friendly place, right in the heart of Newport, our main town, where you could go to get all of these things? A one-stop shop where you could support multiple local artisans and crafters in one place? Easily accessible whether you have a car or not and you’re always greeted with a smile?
And so the idea for The Little Nook was born.
I want to make this space for the Island. A place that celebrates the very best of what the Isle of Wight has to offer.
I just need a little help getting it started. With your support and the support of Back Her Business, I can make this a reality. By supporting The Little Nook you will be supporting a multitude of small local businesses across the Island.
What will we offer:

All of the money raised will go towards:

All of the pledges will receive a “pay it forward” reward of hampers or vouchers etc. Think of your support as simply pre-ordering!
