Help support our staff and reopening

Our company is 3 years old, we have a strong moral and ethical code of working practises, offering good wages and support for our staff. We are in the events industry, one which has been hardest by the on-going crisis, and due to our most recent staff being taken on in March of this year, our RTI submissions for them fell days outside of the furlough scheme requirements. We have continued paying our small staffing team full wages, this however is quickly using up our reserves, and with no immediate end in sight this could potentially put people, including ex veterans and long term unemployed (who have managed to get a full time job with us through our training schemes) out of work. This on top of our rented office space, is quickly becoming unsustainable, and if no funding is found, not only could it lead to our staff being unemployed, it sadly could mean no viable way of continuing the business once we are out of lockdown.

The global COVID-19 pandemic has created a very uncertain landscape for  millions of British small businesses, which is going to make it very challenging for businesses to survive. Together we can help them. 

Crowdfunder are offering up their platform to allow all UK small businesses to pre-sell their meals, events, hotel bookings etc. for cash now on a promise to redeem these at a later date.
