We've had a few questions from supporters since we started the Crowdfunder so thought we would summarise them here for all to see. Anything we missed? Reach out and we'll be happy clarify.
Q. I made a pledge. How do I spend my credit?
After the crowdfunding campaign ends, everyone who pledged for credit will receive a Shopify voucher via email to the value of their pledge + an additional 50%. The voucher can be used at checkout on our online store and at the distillery store for 5 years.
Q. Do I have to use my credit in one go?
Nope! Your credit can be partially used and the remaining budget will be left on the voucher to use at a later date.
Q. I bought an Opening Day Party ticket. Do you have more info?
After the crowdfunding campaign ends, everyone who bought a ticket for the opening party will receive an email confirmation including arrival instructions and everything they need to know for the day.
Q. When will my T-shirt be shipped?
All T-shirts will be shipped on May 1st.
Q. I bought a 'Be a distiller!' reward. How will this work?
Anyone who pledged for 'Be a distiller' will get an email to arrange the dates to come to the distillery.
