We're still collecting donations
On the 25th February 2021 we'd raised £4,534 with 67 supporters in 96 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.

On the 25th February 2021 we'd raised £4,534 with 67 supporters in 96 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, Worksop Rugby Union Football Club, like many other businesses, have had to close our doors for a second time. However, we would love to be able to resume operations as usual once the government restrictions are lifted (whenever this may be).
The Club was founded in 1898 had has been at the heart of many families and the community for many generations. We want to give the club a future and fighting chance and to protect what most call... our second home.
Unfortunately, one of our biggest nights, Bonfire Night has had to be cancelled due to the National Lockdown. As the club is purely volunteer run and usually relies on bar takings, sponsorships and fund raising events to keep us going you can all imagine the huge financial impact this will have on the club over the upcoming months.
We are desperately calling for help and support from all our Players, Members, Visitors and Supporters through this difficult time. Your donations, however big or small, are imperative for the survival of the club and will allow us to continue to be there for future generations. The club has been there for us throughout the years and we would like to return the favour.
Thank you for taking the time to read our story. Stay home, Stay Safe.
