Help save Mackintosh at the Willow.
Like many not-for-profit organisations working in the tourism and hospitality sectors, we have been heavily impacted by the Coronavirus lockdown and, having only recently re opened after a painstaking restoration required to save this historical landmark, we are now facing the doors being closed for good once again.
We are asking for your help to raise enough money in order for us to continue our work in safeguarding the last surviving example of Charles Rennie Mackintosh’s Tea Room designs.
Your donation will assist us to re-open our doors once safe to do so, preventing the tearooms from falling back into disrepair, and to continue to provide education to young people across Scotland while providing employment, training and support for the young people who work with us.
Four years ago, supporters from far and wide kindly came together to help save and restore the much-loved original Willow Tea Rooms Building. Due to the severe impact of the Coronavirus we are in urgent need of financial support again, so that jobs and this unique heritage building are not tragically lost for posterity.
