Help keep Blondies alive!

The global COVID-19 pandemic has hit Blondies hard and we are asking for your help to save our venue.

Blondies is a bar/music venue run by 3 Australian sisters. Between us and our friends we turned a money exchange shop into the space that is now ‘Blondies’ with our bare hands. It is the tiniest bar you’ve ever seen and we’ve been lucky enough to host some of the biggest bands in the industry. To our bloody surprise, we have had some musical giants inside our tiny walls. Thanks to our good mates Kerrang! we’ve have Machine Head, Mastodon, Refused, Fever 333, Parkway Drive, Boston Manor, The Shrine and so many more incredible artists play our 60 capacity venue.

 Aside from the major artists we have been lucky enough to host, we have also been a space for local artists to come and tear up the room. Bo Ningen, Witch King, Madmess, Lumer, Magic Moss, Kid Kapichi to name a few.

We were hesitant to do this... But with the ever looming uncertainty for venues, we thought it might be time to reach out to fellow music lovers to help keep our scuzzy lil bar alive and kicking for the foreseeable future.

We would hate to see the last of that! And just as importantly not be able to continue the amazing journey we have been on.

 We have always wanted our business to have the cheapest drinks, never charged on the door and be that venue that everyone can come and have a f*&^ing good time.

So now we are asking for your help. Any contribution would be greatly appreciated. Covid has been a weird and scary time for lots of us and we are hoping to come out the other side. With your help, hopefully we can keep the wheels in motion once the country has managed to tackle this pandemic.
