To raise funds for a solicitors letter to the planning committee, warning they are in danger of overlooking essential information
Help is needed to raise the fees to pay for a solicitor' assistance in preventing a developer push through a planning application which will decimate a woodland area on the outskirts of Corsham, a beautiful Cotswold town. This 5 acre area, a piece of woodland, representing a valuable wildlife corridor, is to be found off Ladbrook Lane in Corsham, and is home to Bechstein’s bats, woodpeckers, jays, long tailed tits, grass snakes and slow worms, in addition to numerous trees and shrubs, most of which will be wiped out by the building of 25 houses
A solicitor’s letter warning the planning Committee that they are in danger of overlooking essential information from the Ecology and Urban Design officers, and so opening themselves to judicial review, will cost approximately £2,000. This is my target! Please help to protect a piece of England’s woodland
