We are raising funds to install a 24/7 publicly accessible heart defibrillator infront of the church on Saughtonhall Drive, Edinburgh

Project by Saughtonhall United Reformed Church

Here is why our project is crucial:

Emergency Response: Quick access to a defibrillator in our community can significantly increase survival rates during cardiac arrest.

Local Needs: The Saughtonhall area lacks sufficient full public access to defibrillators 24/7, which this installation will address.

Safer Community: A defibrillator shows our commitment as a Church to the health, safety and wellbeing of our neighbours.

Community Awareness: This initiative will educate our community on the importance of defibrillators and cardiac health.

Health Initiatives: It can inspire CPR training and first-aid workshops, making our community more resilient.

Your support, however large or small, can help us enhance public health and save lives in our community.

Any additional or leftover funds from the initial installation will be used for the ongoing maintenance and upkeep, which Saughtonhall United Reformed Church will take responsibility for.
