For the past seven years, he has served as a borough councillor, driven by a strong desire to make a tangible difference for the people he represents. Throughout his time in office, Richard has been there for his community during its most challenging moments—he set up a volunteer group during the COVID-19 pandemic to support residents, and during the devastating floods, he worked tirelessly to assist families whose homes were affected. Known for his hard work and hands-on approach, Richard continues to be a steadfast advocate for those who need help the most.
