Help Provide Home for Tourists

We at servicon are taking matters into our own hands, to do something about the difficulty in finding accommodation at an affordable price in London, we are a property management start-up, we plan to rent a property, which we will use for service accommodation with the full knowledge of the landlord, then we rent this property on a short-term base to tourists who need it.

I am Mascot Ayere, I am a Mechanical and manufacturing engineer graduate from the University of Greenwich. I am also the founder of Servicon Ltd, I have an active team. We all work together to make our goal a reality. 

We have already registered ourselves as a legal entity.  - that's right!! We are officially a property management company!

We have been trained, we have a live website and our social media accounts are active, we have started marketing, but with limited funds, there is only so much we can do.

To assist our bid for property to rent out to tourists 

We need some additional help from investors and donors 

To support the hard work, we are putting in as a group. Right now, we need to raise money to help pay for deal sourcing, compliance, the

First-month rent and deposit.

Our First Goal is to be Fully Compliant 

This will make us legal to carry out service accommodation business, the cost of this Is around £1500

Our Second Goal is to buy the deal

We will look for a good deal, the cost of this is around £3000

Our third Goal is to Pay the rent 

We will pay the first month's rent and deposit, the cost of this is around £6000

Our fourth goal is to look for guests

The cost of this is £0, there are many platforms online for finding guest 

What is serviced accommodation?

A serviced accommodation is a type of furnished accommodation that is available for a short- or long-term stay. It comes with all the comforts required to feel at home: space to relax, amenities like phone and Wi-Fi and includes utilities. They are also, as the name suggests, serviced. This type of accommodation may also offer facilities similar to those offered by hotels
