Papa’s Park is a haven for Lambeth’s community—an oasis of calm amidst Brixton’s hustle and bustle. Papa's Café and the park are a safe space for families, friends, and neighbours to connect, relax, and enjoy green space. Papa’s Cafe is at the heart of our community, run by Valcie and Hurley, two pillars of our community who dedicate themselves to making this space welcoming for everyone.
Unfortunately, our little haven was recently disrupted by a break-in. Not only was the community building damaged but they also stole stock from the café and took items from groups who use the hall. We need your help to restore what’s been lost.
Our goal is to raise at least £2,000 to restore the hall and replace stolen items. By contributing to our crowdfunder, you’re not just helping to fix a building—you’re helping to keep the spirit of our community alive.
