Help Open Blueprint!

Aim

Blueprint is a new artspace, photography gallery, cafe & bar opening in Falmouth, and we’d love your help!

WHAT AND WHERE WILL BLUEPRINT BE?

Blueprint will be a relaxed and informal creative space to meet for a coffee or pint, to show work in the first floor gallery, to look at photobooks + magazines to inspire your next photography project. There will a curated series of photography critiques, film screenings, book launches, and live DJ events. 

>> CAFE/BAR

By day, we will be serving excellent coffee from The Roasting Room and local sweet treats (including vegan options!). By night, there will be local craft beer, a selection of good quality spirits, and a relaxed vibe to come and chill, meet friends and even clients.

>> GALLERY

Whilst not huge, the gallery space will be perfectly formed and has wonderful natural light. We’re going to have industry standard gallery lighting, freshly prepped walls, and well as some super cool custom made moveable walls to make the space truly customisable to your exhibition plans. And of course there is the bar just downstairs to enjoy a drink whilst you keep those conversations going. 

>> ARTSPACE

We want Blueprint to be a a community space for photographers and people that are interested in photography in visual arts. In addition to a series of events throughout the year, there will be a photobook reading room where you can browse the Blueprint collection as well as shop for magazines, prints, posters and zines.

WHERE THE MONEY IS GOING

We have taken over 15A Killigrew St on The Moor in Falmouth (previously Bahama Mamas), and we are putting our DIY skills to use for the majority of the makeover, but we could really use your help to get the gallery space up and running! We want to make sure your work looks as good as it possibly can at your exhibition! 

Any funds leftover will go towards lighting for displaying prints on the ground floor in the cafe/bar.
