My name is Noha Al-Sadoudi. I am 26 years old, married, and a mother. I am from the Gaza Strip.
On 6/6/2024, during the war on Gaza, my home east of Deir al-Balah was targeted. My older sister was displaced and staying in my house at the time. My firstborn daughter, Aylool, was killed in the very first moments of the attack.
My sister and I fell from the third floor to the ground. Her injuries were extremely severe. Her right leg was amputated, and she suffered from blood poisoning. She passed away on 14/7/2024.
My injuries were also very serious. Doctors placed an external fixator on my right leg, removed my spleen due to severe internal bleeding, and I suffered painful burns all over my body. I underwent multiple reconstructive surgeries and long months of treatment.
I will never forget the support of my brother, Wadie Al-Sadoudi. From the first moment of the attack until today, he has never left my side. Along with my husband, Mansour, and my sister Amal, they have been my strength. My treatment continued at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital for nearly a year. My brother stayed with me through every stage — in the hospital and later in displacement tents — helping me with everything, together with my husband.
Now we live in a camp west of Deir al-Balah, in a tent that does not protect us from the rain or the cold. During the famine, while I was in the hospital receiving treatment, my husband risked his life just to bring us food. We have lived through days of fear, hunger, pain, and deep loss.
Until this very moment, I still need ongoing medical dressings and care. Because my spleen was removed, I am at higher risk of infection. My burns require continuous treatment. Medical supplies are extremely expensive and very difficult to find. At the same time, we struggle daily to secure basic necessities like food, clean water, and shelter.
Today, I am asking for your help.
Your donation — no matter how small — can help me:
• Continue my medical treatment
• Buy necessary dressings and medications
• Protect myself from infection
• Provide food and basic needs for my family
• Survive with dignity during this devastating time
Please consider supporting me and sharing my story. Your kindness can make the difference between suffering in silence and having a chance to heal.
Thank you for standing with me.
