Help to help my Mummy who has vascular dementia 🫂

My Parents have both terminal illness Mummy has vascular dementia,My dad has terminal cancer and just got his end of life package

Hi my name is Christopher and im a full time unpaid carer for both my parents who our both terminal ill.Mummy has vascular dementia and alzheimer's my Dad has stage 4 lung Cancer.Im at my wits end&it's now starting to effect my physical and mental health as im doing everything i possible can.ive never asked for help as its just not what I do,But im so in need of help.Could you please help me to help my Mummy.The NHS is so under pressure,They should be on better pay than they are,Sorry for the rant.
