Hi everyone! My name is Sunny and I’ve just started my own gardening business! I’ve always had a passion for gardening as I find it very peaceful and therapeutic! One day my neighbours began to applaud the work I did for my parents garden (they’re elderly and the maintenance of the house has been passed onto me which I don’t mind, I’ve always taken care of them! Dad has arthritis in both knees and mums mental health isn’t the best unfortunately :(, but she absolutely loves the work I’ve done to our garden and I want to continue maintaining the garden for her!) and so it hit me, why not provide my passion for gardening to others?
So I began researching and spent countless sleepless nights figuring out the best way and it turns out a Panel Van is just the perfect vehicle I need! But they’re a little expensive and I thought about financing but even that is out of the equation. So I’m here asking you to help me raise the funds to purchase a Ford Transit Connect!
The funds will help me and my business to finally have a van to store my equipment and travel to my customers (and help with insurance) but the most important part about this is providing a thoughtful and passionate service to my local community as well as the rest of the city! I know people go through hard times and life takes a toll and when it comes to maintaining their garden, it can become a last thought, sometimes never and I believe having a clean green garden can lighten up anyone’s mood! It’s also amazing for your mental health and that’s why I want to provide this service.
I believe that nature is a natural medicine for your mental health, it's helped me! I'm not just taking care of your garden, but also taking care of you! I see the way my mum smiles when she walks into the garden, my 2 cats absolutely love it! A happy garden can truly bring families together (and pets) and that's what I want to provide for my customers!
The end goal is not to charge customers but document my work to inspire others to do the same :)
