Help Me Give My Disabled Mother A Holiday

I've spent over 6 months saving up to surprise my mother and my two siblings with a holiday or short break to help ease my mother's stress. The holiday included disabled access and care. I worked myself until I was ill multiple times over this time period. 

I've saved up the amount of money through my work, but when I went to book the surprise break for my mother - I discovered the price had gone up and I'm pretty sure I have been conned by the holiday providers due to the price going up AFTER a deposit was made. I can't get in to contact with the company or get any response to help get my deposit back. 

This has left me completely heartbroken with no idea what to do. I had selected the cheapest and most cost effective ways to travel and I had chosen the cheapest desitantion and hotel. I'm absolutely gutted. 

Please help me give my mother this well earned break, it's something she really needs. She's an incredible woman and battles against her own issues and illness everyday. 

This is really my last chance and option to raise the money for her. My mother has no idea about this, it's a huge surprise. Please help in whatever way you can!
