The main reason for the funding is to keep my business alive by being able to renew my membership with the vegan society and push forward.
Hi, I'm Diane and I am the owner of Bowe Organics cosmetics company. I have two products launched at the moment, a lash/brow oil and a lip rescue balm. Both products are made from the highest quality organic and natural ingredients and are handmade with care. I have been funding the whole company myself which was going really well up until a few months ago. Those of you who know me know how much this business means to me and how much passion I have to see it succeed.
8 months ago I had my first baby, a beautiful baby girl named Ivy. I was ready for the "normal" difficulties having a baby could bring, sleepless nights, colic, etc but I was not prepared for the difficulties that came afterwards. Since Ivy turned 3 months old I have been having random seizures, which have caused me to have extreme anxiety. At the moment most days I am struggling to leave the house. I have tried to go back to work, I work for myself as an organic freelance hairdresser, but it has been too difficult. I found not working very difficult as hairdressing was not only my job but a big love in my life. I love the feeling of making people look and feel good about themselves.
I am still really wanting to push on with my cosmetics company, both work and my baby girl give me purpose in my life.
In order to continue to be registered as a vegan company and to keep my business alive I need help with funding. In return I am willing to give certain products for different donations.
