Please help bring my bakery trailer dream to life!

I’d love to own a food truck where I can sell my homemade cakes and breakfasts!

Hi I’m Charlie, and I started an at home baking business called Toni’s Kitchen, named after my late mother in law who we sadly lost in 2025.
I’ve always loved baking, and it’s been a dream of mine since I was a little girl to own some form of bakery or cafe. I did my first serious bake sale in August 2025, and loved everything about it. So after the success and compliments I got from that bake sale, I finally listened to my partner and family and started a business! I’ve spent the last few months designing my brand, creating my social media pages and taking any opportunities I can from friends and family events to create beautiful cakes and perfect my recipes and skills. I have also recently started selling my cakes and bakes at a local carboot to further promote my business. It’s not just a business to me, it’s a passion and hopefully a legacy in the making.
My branding is all completely inspired by my mother in law, the blue floral design on my logo comes from her love of Blue Willow ceramics and her beautiful blue kitchen that I get the honour of cooking in. I hope that one day, with or without a food truck, I can build this brand into something that she’d have been proud of and that my baby girl can continue when she grows up and honour her memory with.

My plan is to buy a food trailer, whether brand new or secondhand and make it into my dream on-the-go bakery and cafe. Having a trailer or truck, would allow me to expand my business massively, giving me the chance to go to more car boots, fairs, markets and outdoor events. I would like to also, as earlier mentioned, serve not only my homemade cakes but also fresh cooked breakfast  (at appropriate venues) such as bacon, sausage and egg rolls and high quality hot drinks. I feel that having a wider business model could broaden the appeal and increase the chance of success.
