We've been given the sweet opportunity to play SXSW in Austin TX & New Colossus Festival in NY City, and need a helping hand to get there!
Dearest Hogos fans,
For years we've been chipping away making album after album, doing circuits of the UK, playing to great people, and doing exactly what we live for. As we approach the release of album number 5, for the first time we've been invited to fly to the USA to play at South By Southwest Festival in Austin Texas, and New Colossus Festival in New York City! The HGs in America whooda thunk?
For the last 6 months we've been scheming and scraping pennies together, and after disappointing news that our funding application was denied, we decided to reach out to you, and offer a range of limited edition goods/ treasures and rarities in exchange for whatever funds, if any, you're able to share to help us get over the border.
Though its true that we get the greatest satisfaction from this thing that we do year in year out, the harsh reality of life as a musician in the 21st century is that it is nearly impossible to financially sustain the art that we do. Going to America would be a giant step in our musical career, and we need your help to do it.

1960s Japanese made fully hollow Woolworth's Guitar - Audition brand
bought by Sam in 2008 this guitar has been used on many many recordings. Most notably it is the sound of all the riffing on the 2011 E.P. Chica by The Black Tambourines, and on the track Punk Eye by The Red Cords. An absolutely legendary guitar to be honest. Complete with home made scratch plate and upgraded electronics, this features its orginal pickups which sound so damn good.
