Aim: Help our charity run pre-school and toddler group survive the cost of living crisis!
Hatfield Broad Oak under 5s Pre-school is a charity run village pre-school. We teach children from 2-5 years old and provide them with a rich learning, caring and warm environment. We also run a toddler group for parents and their children (0-4 years old) in the village hall.
Our Pre-school is the starting point for families in our community. Parents and their children join our parent and toddler group from birth. an opportunity for parents to mix, support and socialise. it is our children's first chance to socialise and interact with each other in a safe, warm and welcoming environment. The children then begin their educational journey in our pre-school. Learning to be independent, social and happy. We ensure that all our children feel safe and that they learn everything they need to start school.
With the current cost of living crisis our bills and costs have increased significantly. We want to continue to provide the pre-school and the toddler group in our village but our costs are becoming greater we are facing reducing some of the sessions and services that we offer. We are raising money to support our pre-school through these tricky times so that our valuable and much loved pre-school can continue to do its amazing work!
We will use the money raised to continue to run the pre-school and the village toddler group. We will use the money to support our increasing heating, utility and running costs to keep the children learning in a warm caring environment. If we raise enough we will use the money raised to offer additional opportunities, opening hours and or sessions for our children and community.
