Ugly Bucket Theatre are heading to the Edinburgh Fringe with two seriously silly shows! The crowdfunder will support the cost of our project
Ugly Bucket are taking two shows to Edinburgh this year and we need your help to get us there!
The first show is Bost-Uni Plues, an award-winning high energy physical clowning show all about graduates mental health, told using real interviews, dance, techno music and plain silliness we see three clowns tackle the real world after leaving university.
The second show is 2 Clowns 1 Cup, a physical comedy clown show that explores sexual liberation and female sexuality. From puppetry to puberty, condoms to clowning, music and masturbation we explore everything unsexy in sex leaving little to the imagination.
The team we are taking consists of 4 people; 3 performers and 1 technician/stage manager. The venue cost alone is a large sum that we are fundraising for and accommodation is an additional amount. So far we have performed our shows all over the country including Liverpool, London and Leicester as a way of raising the funds to get us to the Fringe!
We want to widen our audience and the Edinburgh fringe festival is the perfect way of doing this, helping a small theatre company from Liverpool get our name and original style out there!
