Help Me Launch My Window Cleaning Business

Aim

I am looking for funding, so that i can launch my traditional window cleaning/garden services & exterior decorating business in my area.

Magpie Windows is a pre start up business that will trade as a sole proprietorship, I will be the sole trader of the business on a self employed basis. I need to raise funds to cover all start up costs as below:

Total investment required - £16,524.05 inc vat

The total funding needed to launch and grow the business over the first 12 months is needed in order to make the business a success, saving time and money. The strategies I want to use will guarantee success from the first day. Due to my mental and physical health, working alone is where I'm both happiest and most productive. I have a great opportunity to really build a successful business, where customer service always comes first.  Being that I'm already an experienced traditional window cleaner, I have been able to  generate a realistic business plan. Giving back quality of life and a real drive to succeed. In the future I have the chance to grow the business to as large as I like, opportunities in the future to take on additional operatives on a self employed business and vehicles. 

The elephant in the room however is now funding, being that my credit score has taken a hit since losing my income in 2021, i now have a small amount of personal debt, less than £2000, but it is being repaid on a monthly plan. I'm not in an IVA and I've never been bankrupt. But i cannot access any sort of funding for start up costs. 

I have just completed a business plan for the business, and i have forecast for the first 2 years trading, outlining the model and the goals of the business. i have additionally created a fully itemised statement of costs down to the penny. Of which i am happy to provide on request. I have a real opportunity here to make a difference within both my community and my own personal life.
