Help for Saja & Oday to attend medical college

Aim

My project's aim is to continually help & support the wonderful husband & father, mr. Ziad, in providing for his vulnerable family in Gaza

Hi there,

Thank you very much for your interest in my crowdfunding project.

INTRODUCTIONS

My name is Demi and I'm a disabled lone mother of 2. Currently volunteering  for the Global Mutual Aid network and mr. Ziad is my friend.

He is a trully incredible man from Gaza, caring and providing for his family of 9 against all odds.

Below is a message for Mr. Ziad himself to all those willing to help them out:

CURRENT CIRCUMSTANCES

Their homeland is under attack, vile crimes commited against them for 3 years non stop.

One of them being the blockade of their most entitled Humanitarian Aid, and restrictions of goods at the border.

Their house has been bombed to the ground along with all their belongings.

They have been violently displaced multiple times and have ended up residing in a tent lacking all necessities.

They still need beddings, mattresses, shelter tools for the whole family, a barrel for water collection, and food.

Their current monthly expenses for their daily needs comes up to $1000.

HEALTH CONDITIONS

Other than the malnutrition and daily struggle from the adverse living conditions, Ziad's family members are stricken by multiple chronic health conditions.

Their son Sabri suffers from cancer and is on the waiting list for medical evacuation.

They have 2 visually impaired people in their household.

Ziad's wife has a motor disability, due to a spinal cord condition.

In the family there is a patient with high blood pressure and diabetes.

The treatments required are medicines for cartilage maintenance, blood pressure and weekly insulin treatment ($70 per vial)

It's important to have funds to cover for these treatments when their local UNRWA clinic is unable to provide them with it, which is the case more often than not.

The total monthly cost for their medication is approximately $300.

They also require major surgery for Ziad's wife cartilage in the neck and back:

EDUCATION

Their son (Oday) and daughter (Saja) are outstanding university students with distinctions.

Saja finished high school with 91% in her report card:

And Oday finished high school with 78.3% in his report card!

Saja wants to be a doctor, Oday wants to be a nurse, and Ziad would appreciate the chance to pay for their tuition fees.

The monthly tuition fees for both Saja and Oday is is $700 per month (including transaction fees).

....is of absolutely vital importance.

We have managed to create the digital corridors allowing me to continually send them funds to cover their aforementioned needs.

If you can please consider contributing towards their livelihood, that would be trully incredible.

Ziad is the most patient and loving carer, husband and father.

He has a separate campaign to be covering Sabri's additional needs while waiting for his evacuation, and he is doing wonderfully well.

I know and can guarantee that he will put all the funds from this crowdfunding project in the best use possible towards covering his whole family's needs and requirements too.
