my name is Demi.
My good friend Hanady recently reached out to me for help, and I won't cease supporting them until their suffering ends and beyond 💞
Being a lone parent and disabled myself means that I lack the funds to do it myself. So please keep helping me helping them to our best potential 🙏🏼
Hanady is a young woman from Gaza, 27 years old, married to Mohammed (37). Before the war, Mohammed worked as a lawyer and dreamed of a safe and stable future for his family. But the war turned their lives upside down. He lost his job, had to work intermittently as a laborer, and today he is completely unemployed with no source of income.
Hanadi has three children: two boys and a baby girl, Ilan, who is eight months old. Aylen was born during the war, at a time when fear and displacement replaced safety and security. The family used to live in a beautiful and peaceful home filled with memories and dreams, but it was completely destroyed by the occupation, leaving them with nothing but rubble.
This family has been displaced more than 15 times, moving from one place to another carrying only their children. They lost their home, their stability, and everything they had built over many years, facing a harsh reality day by day.
In addition to covering their basic needs, Hanadi is now trying to raise funds to cover the costs of traveling out of Gaza, in search of safety for her children and a chance to start anew after all they have lost.
Hanadi is not asking for much—just a chance to rebuild their lives and provide her children with a safe and dignified life.
Any support, no matter how small, can make a real difference in this family’s life.
