Help Emily and her family rebuild after storm devastation, ensuring a safe home for her treatment and recovery.
In the face of unimaginable adversity, the Eden family urgently needs your support. Emily Eden, an 18-year-old teenager, is bravely battling terminal cancer. Her family's home, located in Clay Cross near Chesterfield, Derbyshire, was recently devastated during the destructive Storm Babet. The house has been left uninhabitable, leaving Emily's future and well-being in jeopardy.
Emily was already undergoing intensive chemotherapy treatments in the hospital, with hopes of returning home after her treatment to be in a safe and familiar environment. However, the flooding has shattered those dreams.

The Eden family's home has been "destroyed" by the flooding, and their insurance company can only fund their current hotel stay until Sunday. Given the delicate nature of Emily's condition, her family needs a safe, contained, and comfortable space for her ongoing treatment. Emily's immune system is extremely vulnerable due to her chemotherapy, and the risk of infection is life-threatening.
Emily also struggles with ADHD and anxiety, and her wish was to receive care and treatment in the comfort of her home. This is now a daunting challenge for her family.
Your generous donations will help the Eden family secure appropriate accommodation, medical equipment, and the support they need to continue Emily's treatment. Every contribution, no matter the size, can make a significant impact on their lives. Let's show the Eden family that they are not alone in this journey.
Please consider making a donation to this campaign, and share their story with your friends and family. Together, we can help them find a safe and comfortable place for Emily's treatment and ensure her well-being during this challenging time.
Crowdfunder UK will forward all the money raised directly to the Eden family to help them during this time of need.
If the family doesn't accept the money, Crowdfunder will donate the money to charities supporting people impacted by the recent flooding.
Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and support.
