Streatham parlimentary candidate, Jonathan Bartley needs your support to raise the £1000 needed for freepost leaflets to the local area
Streatham parlimentary candidate, Jonathan Bartley needs your support to for his campaign to become the first Green MP in Streatham.
In both the European and local Elections in May 2014, the Green Party came second right across the local area. Since then the party has surged even further in national polls, meaning the 2015 general election is an amazing opportunity to send a clear message to Westminster that "business is usual" is not an option.
'Blind polling' shows that people support the Green Party's policies more than any other party. But the party doesn't take large donations from big business meaning it doesn't have a lot of money to spend on getting its message out. Exclusion from the live TV debates at the general election means the Green Party is also being denied an important platform.
Jonathan is working alongside a team of dedicated volunteers to stand up for what matters in Lambeth - We need your help to raise £1,000 to deliver 50,000 leaflets to homes in Streatham, Brixton Hill, Tulse Hill and Clapham Common. At just 2p a leaflet, £20 from you means that we can produce leaflets for 1000 homes.
Help Jonathan make every single Green vote count! You can volunteer too - Email Marie Louise [email protected] if you live in Lambeth and want to get involved in the campaign. Keep in touch: Website: http://lambeth.greenparty.org.uk/ Twitter: @Lambethgp & @jon_bartleyLegal information:
Any donations in excess of £500 will need to be checked to ensure that your donation is permissible - under UK electoral law you will need to be on the electoral register or a company/charity/trade union/etc. registered in the UK.
