Welcome to Gather & Grind! ☕

Hi, I’m Ellie, owner of Gather & Grind.

What started as a simple idea has grown into a dream of creating an independent coffee trailer where people can gather, sip and connect over exceptional speciality coffee and homemade bakes.

Like many small businesses, the journey hasn’t been straightforward. We’ve poured countless hours into refurbishing the trailer ourselves, learning new skills along the way and investing everything we can into making this dream a reality.

Unfortunately, after what we thought were minor repairs, we discovered the trailer needed extensive work underneath to make it safe to tow. It’s been a heartbreaking setback, delaying our launch and adding unexpected costs that we simply hadn’t planned for.

Rather than giving up, we’re asking for a little help to get us over the final hurdle.

Every donation will go directly towards the essential repairs needed to get the trailer roadworthy, along with the final pieces needed before we can open our hatch for the very first time.

Our goal has always been about more than serving coffee. We want Gather & Grind to become a welcoming place at local events where people can slow down, catch up with friends and enjoy great coffee made with care. We’re proud to be partnering with Harmony Coffee Roasters, whose passion for quality perfectly matches our own.
