Help Bridgend resident pay for Train Tickets.

Aim
This resident works over 35 hours sometimes only takes home £17 and is struggling to pay for her train tickets. Please help me, help her.
My vision is to utilise my privilege which is my network and contacts and to use it for good.
This resident lives in Bridgend and is struggling to travel from Bridgend to Cardiff to work on a small wage of sometimes £17 whilst working full time hours.
She is also struggling to pay her one room rent which costs her £375 per month. She clearly cant afford this so borrows money off friends and family, which puts her into debt.
A seasonal ticket from Bridgend to cardiff costs £106.60 but any extra money I am able to raise would pay for her rent/food etc.
Please help me, help her. No amount is a small amount.
