Hi there, my aim is to continuously stand in solidarity and help my dear friend Tala in her survival journey. Please help me help them.

Thanks very much for taking interest in my campaign.

INTRODUCTIONS

My name is Demi and I'm a Mutual Aid helper.

Tala is a good friend of mine and very worthy young lady wishing to continue her studies and support her family against all odds at their devastated homeland in north Gaza City.

"My name is Tala, I'm 19 years old. I'm enrolled in university but haven't paid the fees, and I'm studying the major I love because my family can't afford to pay."

FAMILY

Tala's family is composed of 8 family members, all living under 1 tent in the most deprived North Gaza.

Tala is 19yo, Malak: 20, Samar: 17, Lin: 14, Muhammad: 11, and little Naya: 6

As you may be well aware,humanitarian aid and most market produce is heavily banned from entering the borders of Gaza Strip.

Effectively, their needs have to be met by purchasing everything from their local market, at skyrocketing prices due to the limited available products.

Their daily needs' costs sum up to a monthly $1000 for all 8 of them.

HEALTH CONDITIONS

Tala's mom is suffering from incapacitating back pain.

Their household suffers from allergies, headaches, and frequent colds due to stress and immune deficiencies.

Monthly medical treatment for the above comes up to $100.

EDUCATION

Malak and Tala are university students. Their monthly tuition fees are $1000, meaning $500 per person.

Tala has to pay the first semester fees now, as registration ends at the end of the week 🚨

A $1000 deposit is required prior to starting their 2026-27 academic year too, which is at the end of August.

Tala's siblings also need to pay their fees at the beginning of the month. 

Once the academic year begins, they all need 50 dollars daily for expenses.

YOUR ROLE

Your role in covering these fees is vital as there is no option to earn any kind of income in North Gaza at that stage.

Any donations you can send to help, whether small or large is most appreciated and lifechanging.

A regular donation would be most helpful, as the recurrent payments have to be covered in time for their tuition fees and daily living needs to be met consistently.
