Aim
We want to support disabled students to develop skills & knowledge around conservation through Hedgehog Friendly Campus
At SOS-UK, we want to arm young people with the skills and knowledge to help hedgehogs thrive. We run Hedgehog Friendly Campus with the British Hedgehog Preservation Society (BHPS) to try and tackle the alarming decline in hedgehog numbers across the UK.
We work with hundreds of schools, colleges and universities across the UK and support young people to complete hedgehog-friendly activities in the places they learn. We want to develop more inclusive activities for disabled students by:
- creating a network of SEND colleges and students
- hosting workshops to co-create new activities
