Aim
Working in partnership with community organisations, to support vulnerable people to be warm, fed and housed this winter.
Thanks to Aviva funding, we have been successful in starting our outreach work with the Community Grub Hub in Aldershot, and other areas of need across Aldershot and Farnborough. That has included pop ups at supermarkets, going to weekend community meetings to encourage referrals for energy grants, and working in partnership with the library warm hub, to reach people in need.
We can make this work go even further, to reach more people in need, with your help. Thank you for supporting this important project.
