The Islands Mobile Clothing Bank

Aim
We would like to raise funds to be able to buy a van to create a mobile pop up clothing bank to ensure all residents have access.
Hearts from a Hanger was created by Alanna in December 2024 with the vision of creating accessible free clothing to those in need.
Currently the events are held every two weeks in Newport, IOW.
Whilst many residents are able to attend, there is still a large amount who cannot due to either transport, funds for transport or accessibility.
With this in mind, we want to create a service where we can deliver to those in need and also have a pop up event in various locations across the island.
Currently we are a self funded organisation and as you can imagine, vans do not come cheap. Therefore, we are asking for support in helping us reach this target to be able to buy a second hand van.
