The Cause
Heart Heroes are currently supporting 1,032 families across the UK and Wales – with 238 of those living in and around Gloucestershire. Heart Heroes is committed to supporting children living with a life-limiting or life-threatening heart condition and their families. We focus on critically vulnerable children and their families providing a range of specialised activities and events that foster peer support, positive mental health and inclusivity so that no family faces their difficult journey alone.
