**❗️Update 9/4/25: This is the backup link for donations towards the HW4P Solidarity Fund while we sort the issues with the other platform. 100% of donations will still be going directly to the Solidarity Fund to the families of martyred healthcare workers in Gaza. We have already raised over £80k via the other platform, help us get to £100k total. We have resorted to using this backup as many donations are not going through on the other platform.
Israel’s genocidal assault on Gaza has killed OVER 1,000 Palestinian health workers, who are often the sole earners for their families. During Ramadan, we started raising money to support the families of martyred health workers in Gaza.
- Our fund is not ‘charity’, it’s solidarity through mutual aid.
- It’s about putting the power back into indigenous hands. It removes the traditional aid models that dictate to beneficiaries how to spend the money.
- We aim to counter the root cause of the situation, not just slap a band-aid on the systemic injustice.
- The fund is a tool for advocacy, opening up a discussion about the need for the Palestinian-led rebuilding of the health system.
- There is inbuilt sustainability. We listen to the local population to build a system they need, want, and believe in. **

Health Workers 4 Palestine (HW4P) is honoured to share our ongoing journey with the HW4P community, as we work to amplify the voices of Palestinian health workers, fight for the right of Palestinians to have access to quality healthcare and working to preserve the sovereignty of Palestinian healthcare, as an essential component for the liberation of Palestine.
HW4P, has been working relentlessly to stand in solidarity with Palestinian health workers and the Palestinian people’s right to healthcare.
All of our work and impact to date has been the result of volunteers, working tirelessly to support the organisation’s growth and impact. Since becoming a registered entity this year, we have continued to deepen our work on both an organisational, advocacy and impact project level.
The executive team, alongside key strategic advisers such as Dr Ghassan Abu Sitta, Prof. Nick Maynard, Amnesty International UK, Medical Aid for Palestinians and others, have developed our new focused strategy, which will focus on our advocacy and lobbying campaigns, in addition to community focused events and impact projects in Gaza and Cairo.
Love and Solidarity,
HW4P Exec Team
