We need to raise £8000 to fund the mayoral costs associated with creating a party.

by Health and Social Care Party in Doncaster, South Yorkshire, United Kingdom

The Health and Social Care Party aims to:

Influence the changes necessary for  health and social care services to become safe, effective and of good quality, relieving some of the stresses to enable them to continue to be compassionate and provide individualised care.

- keeping people well, preventing ill health, diagnose and treat illness and to give support to those recovering from illness and/or living with long term conditions/

To return the founding principles of the NHS from 1948 and extend these to social care, so that both health and social care become:

- for everyone, fully funded by taxes, and available when needed regardless of ability to pay.

- to include prescriptions, eye care, dental care, maternity care and social care/

To insist that Local Authorities carry out their duty of care to effectively provide those public services they are responsible for that are 'wider determinants of health'.

- and directly affect health and wellbeing if not effective and run by councils

              - such as - housing, waste disposal, air pollution, transport, environment and access to public spaces.

To do this we need help. We currently have zero funds, we need to raise £8000 to pay for the mayoral costs alone without so much as a leaflet being produced. This does not deter us, because we are going to explore the ongoing local, regional and national 'salami style' privatisation of our Health and Social Care and its Secretary of state, Wes Streeting.

The Health is down on its feet since the dreconion Tory cuts to Health and Council funding reductions from 2010 onwards. Following the July 2024 General Election, the Labour Party has already shown its true colours and those who voted for them are already suffering further financial misery. There seems to be no existing national political party who will fight for the people.

The Green Party supports NATO. The business based Reform Party seem to focus mainly on one subject along with anyone associated with Trump.

Reforms manifesto advocates the involvement of the private sector by giving tax breaks to doctors and nurses, paying less tax for private health insurance, offering vouchers for private healthcare and insurance, and using the frances insurance based healthcare system as a model. There is no democracy offered by the Reform Party, as a member cannot vote unless Nigel Farage says so, as Farage owns sixty percent of the companies shares, supported by Tice and another make weight.

Our immense task is to appoint as many local councillors as possible and a new Mayor in May. We aim to have candidates who will support local people in anyway possible without any so called party whips on their back.
