Donate more Christmas Trees to volunteers of the RNLI in Cornwall
I aim to sell 300 Christmas Trees at Hawksfield Cornwall, supporting RNLI Lifeboats in Rock and Port Isaac by donating trees to volunteers.
I'm selling Christmas Trees from a bell tent pop-up shop at Hawksfield Cornwall, a trendy shopping hub on the busy A39 between Wadebridge and Newquay.
I wanted to take on this project as saw a gap in the market for really great quality, bushy trees at affordable prices. The trees come from a trusted family run farm, who proudly grow top quality, premium grade trees using refined and sustainable agronomy.
I will be donating 14 trees to volunteers of RNLI Lifeboats in Cornwall - giving something back to the crews that leave cozy family celebrations behind to brave cold, rough seas and winter weather to save lives. More trees will be donated should my funding target be reached.
After racing across the Atlantic in a rowing boat in 2016, my appreciation for RNLI lifeboats comes from experiencing first hand the reassurance of just knowing they are there. Having raised a big chunk of cash to fund our expedition on Crowdfunder, I wanted to try my luck again and sell a number of Christmas trees via Natwest's 'Back Her Business', a start-up programme for female entrepreneurs.
