Who are we?
Changing Lives has been supporting people facing the most challenging of circumstances for over 50 years. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to reach their potential. We work across four – often interconnected – areas to address the most common causes of social exclusion and long-term deprivation: Housing and Homelessness, Recovery and Wellbeing, Women and Children, and Employment and Training. We are experts in working with people facing difficult circumstances, providing holistic support through 120 services to help people to go on to lead safe, happy, and fulfilling lives.
Harvest is a time to be thankful for food as we approach winter. However, over 14,000 people supported by Changing Lives are facing a hungry winter. The continued rising cost of living has pushed people who were already deeply disadvantaged further into extreme poverty and despair, struggling to feed themselves and their families.
As National Homeless Week coincides with the harvest period we ask for your support to alleviate hunger in our community. Your generous donation will enable our homelessness services to provide urgent and essential food packages to those who are rough sleeping, sofa surfing or using our supported accommodation.
We understand that many people are struggling with the increased cost of living, so we greatly appreciate any donation, large or small. Together, we can support our local communities through these difficult times and change lives, for the better.
From all at Changing Lives we thank you for your support as we are here for everyone thanks to you being here for us.
