Following calls from the local community, Pride in Tees Valley are on a mission to make a Pride event happen in Hartlepool this year and we need your help!
With your support we can give Hartlepool a fantastic free, high-quality event, celebrating the Tees Valley’s LGBTQIA+ community with live performances, workshops, markets and more…
Join us in bringing Pride to Hartlepool! As we aim to celebrate diversity and inclusion and improve wellbeing.
Not everyone fully embraced the idea of a Pride in Hartlepool when we first started conversations, but we believe with the rising hate crimes nationally and shocking stats of loneliness of LGBTQIA+ people in the region that it is important to try and encourage more understanding and make sure everyone feels seen and included.

I would bring my family along to celebrate those who need our support. I think that even those who are not in the community could benefit and learn about respect and pride.”

Please support Curious Arts, Pride in Tees Valley and the Hartlepool Pride Planning Group to give crucial visibility and understanding of our community through a Hartlepool Pride event in 2025. All donations received go towards the coordination and delivery of Hartlepool Pride, purchasing supplies, arts materials, artist fees, transport, marketing and appropriate access support.
