The organisation aims to provide support to bereaved people in Hartlepool and exists to relieve the mental, spiritual and physical distress of persons suffering from bereavement to educate and promote awareness within the community of the nature of grieving and bereavement, through establishing a service to provide advice, emotional support, social support and practical help.
For eight years, the service based in Hartlepool, has provided emotional, practical and social support to more than 1,700 people affected by grief.

Sadly, funding has slowly diminished and we deperately need to raise funds to keep the group running and to put a business plan in place to enable to group to be sustainable.
