To revitalise the hospitality experience by creating value filled, profit making hospitality venues through training and development!
Hospitality is big business and its still growing; it provides a valuable service to a population that will always be willing to pay for a great experience that gives them value, and it creates a multitude of opportunities for all those who choose to work within it!
My business delivers tailored training solutions to individuals and teams within the hospitality industry, with a focus on management training. This ensures that everyone reaches their full potential, creating an enjoyable work environment that will see any business profit and prosper!
The dream...
I currently offer a range of Consultancy services and bespoke training solutions for hospitality businesses but I want to make the process easier for my clients.
My dream is to make training within the hospitality industry as efficient and effective as possible, whilst being cost and time effective to the business ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to access it.
I am raising funds as I want to develop a training app that will revitalise the industry by providing employers a training option that can be accessed during normal working hours.
The training content of the app will be organised into 4 levels.
Level 1 will contain all the required legal information training that needs to be conveyed to an employee in the hospitality industry; COSHH, Health & Safety, Licensing Law, Food Hygeine, Alleregns.
Level 2 will be focussed on 'job skills'; customer service, basic wine knowledge, making coffees, upselling.
Level 3 will be supervisory and advanced skills; Beer Cellar management, supervising others, maximising profit.
Level 4 Management skills; understanding financials, GP Team leading, Conflict Management.
The app will have a library of industry related resources available to the learners, and provide them a visual record of their acheivements. It will also provide any determined employees the opportunity to train and learn industry skills in their own time. The app also provides reports to the employer and monitor employee progress of the training programme, creating an online record of all employee training
