Aim
Our society aims to improve accessibility of operatic arts to students and young professionals alike, help towards our April show costs!
This year, The Glasgow University Opera Society is performing The Fairy Queen by Henry Purcell. The society is ran entirely by eager volunteers who share their love for opera.
We are being hugely creative with set, props and costumes to make it as green and as cheap as possible as our funds are limited. To make this performance extra special we are currently looking for £500 towards venue costs.
We would be so grateful for any donation, big or small that would help us reach our target.
We are passionate about this project and making sure that opera is alive and kicking and accessible for all.
