We're still collecting donations

On the 14th August 2020 we'd raised £160 with 6 supporters in 28 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.
Goole Town Cricket Club, based at the picturesque Westfield in Goole since 1870, is at the centre of our local community.
2020 was supposed to be our 150th year as a club. However, COVID-19 has not only prevented us from playing cricket, but has severely impacted our ability to raise funds to maintain and improve our facilities for the people of Goole. This year was also the launch of our new Women and Girls section, which would have seen Goole Town CC launch as one of the major hubs for Women and Girls Cricket in Yorkshire.
We're appealing to the members of the club and local community, parents of our junior section, friends / supporters of our club, to help us generate vital funds.
Our aim is to raise as much as your generosity allows us - to keep the ground and facilities in pristine condition and provide the cricket to everyone in the Goole area.
With your support, our club can flourish and, now that cricket has returned, we hope to have as many youngsters sign up to our All Stars & Dynamos section, so our club can be a source of enjoyment for generations to come.
Goole Town CC can also access a fund via Sport England that will match 50% of the donation that you give to the club. Having this available to us allows us to generate more money to use within the club, especially in the junior section. We will purchase new equipment to allow the children of Goole to be able to continue to have access to the best cricketing facilities in the area as well as looking and feeling good while they play the sport that they love.
