Growing Minipetz to enrich the lives of caged pets

Aim

To raise some money to help me reach more pet owners and in turn help to enrich the lives of small caged animals.

7 years ago I saw some animals called Degus at a friends house, living in a tiny bare cage and looking sad. I decided to do some reasearch and try and come up with some toys for them to keep them entertained. 

When I saw how well they went down I decided to make some more and see if there were other Degus out there in need of fun too and it turned out there were lots! Since then I have continued to develop different products, from chew toys to bridges and various different cage accessories to help keep small animals entertained if they are to be kept in cages.

For 5 years I slowly built up a product range, created a website and made products on my lunch breaks and evenings and weekends around my full time job. 

When covid hit I lost my job and decided to give Minipetz a proper go and its been going pretty well. However I now find myself needing a little help to reach people further afield and to be able to grow my little hobby business that little bit more to make it sustainable. I need to raise some money to order in more stock to be able to make extra products and not always be chasing my tail. I'm so close to reaching my dream and my goal. I couldn't have imagined that little spark of an idea getting me to this point but I am incredibly pleased it has.
