Aim
Set up a zine fest within the town, promoting creativity and a community in which people can share ideas and support each other!
The gallery was set up to support local communities with their creative pursuits, a place, which in inclusive and safe and where people can share ideas, enrich one another and push their development.
A space in which to nurture and grow.
There has been lots of intrigue about the initial discussions of running a zine event and this money will be used to promote it within and around the local area and get a younger audience talking about their work, maybe even sell some to passers by!
This could become an annual event - maybe even more than that.
The first one will always create intrigue and excitement - we need to test the waters - even if you don't know what is happening, please don't be afraid to come and discover, make new friends and create new partnerships. This event will be about seeking new kinships.
