Green Mayor for Bedford

Aim

Supporting Bedford Green Party's campaign for Mayor.

I am standing to be the Mayor in Bedford.

It is imperative that we give Bedford's residents the option of a Green vote.  That they can vote for someone who is driven to deliver a net zero borough, to focus on environmental issues, social justice and restore democracy to the borough.

To be able to do this we need to raise a minimum of £500 to pay for the deposit.  Electoral deposits represent one of the many ways democracy is reduced in this country, as it prevents those with less wealth from standing as a candidate.

As a party entirely funded by its members, with no commercial or union support, raising money for deposits is an ongoing challenge.

So please be as generous as you can and donate to Luton & Bedfordshire Green Party to ensure that Bedford's residents have the option to vote for independent minded, hard working champions of the environment and social justice.

Thank you

Adrian
