Greek Break mobile restaurant

Aim

I want to open mobile restaurant with Greek fast food. I will sell pita gyros, suvlaki, bifteki, and also different Greek syrup desserts

I am originating from Greece.  Having lived in Nottingham for 3 years i have realised that although the city centre has Greek Restaurants, there are no mobile restaurants selling Greek gyros.

I feel that not only would providing such food will have a success in terms of numbers of customers, because they can run the business almost single-handedly, preparing the food themselves, the profit margin would be high.

I am confident I can create a successful business and that the trailer will become known for the good food, reasonable prices and fast service.  However, they do not understate the hard work needed to get the business established and recognise that they will have to spend money on advertising and publicity in the early days.
